We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If your product is faulty, not as described, or unsafe, you are legally entitled to a replacement, or full refund.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact us at info@ayurvedahealth.co.nz within 7 days.
Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and any photos (if applicable).
Wait for approval and instructions.
Return the product within 7 days once approved.
Unapproved returns will not be processed and may be returned to sender.
