Ayurveda & Naturopathy Health Consultation

This is an in-depth analysis (observation, examination and questioning) of your health history and current health concerns. Perry will determine your body type, and produce a personalised treatment plan designed to include diet and lifestyle advice, gentle herbal prescriptions, exercise suggestions, massage, meditation exercises and other needed body treatments and therapies.

The beauty of Ayurveda lies in its ability to understand each individual based on their unique constitution. The suggestions provided are individualised making this approach to health both simple and effective. Ayurveda is an excellent preventative and curative medicine, that once learnt, enables you to take responsibility for your own health and well being. It works well with other forms of wellness therapies.

Initial Consultation : $190 (will take approx 60 – 75 minutes)

Additional Follow Up Consultations – It is important to have support and remain focused during the phases of implementing the Ayurvedic recommendations. Two week, one month and two month follow up consultations are generally suggested. Cost : $60 for 30 mins/ $75 for 45 mins $90 for 1 hour.
